All projects are individually priced (time & materials) to accommodate scope, complexity, total hours to complete work, scheduling requirements, and include travel time to the site and/or meeting locations. We have found that a two hour Initial Consultation allows us to adequately discuss your requirements and preferences, explore some possibilities, and provide appropriate advice and/or services. Written notes are provided for all consultations. Cost of the Initial Consultation is included in the retainer for projects. Otherwise, payment is due upon delivery of service. A retainer is required to start all contracted projects. Twenty-four hour notice is requested for cancelled appointments.
